Refund policy
Refund Policy — GrowTribe
Effective date: December 2, 2025
1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases from GrowTribe.in. By buying you agree to the terms here.
2. Our policy — No refunds accepted
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds after payment is completed.
3. Important exceptions & legal rights
This “no refund” rule does not remove statutory rights where they apply. If goods are faulty, materially not as described, or fail to be delivered, you may have rights under applicable consumer law to repair, replacement, or refund. We will comply with those legal obligations.
4. Exchanges, store credit & remedies
At our discretion we may offer exchanges, replacements, or store credit. To request an exchange or report a problem, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and evidence.
5. Digital products & services
Due to immediate delivery, digital products are generally non-refundable. If you believe a digital product is faulty or was not delivered, contact support and we’ll investigate.
6. Non-delivery / shipping issues
If an order does not arrive, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and provide a remedy in line with applicable law.
7. Chargebacks & disputes
If a chargeback is filed with your bank, it will be handled under the bank’s rules. Filing a chargeback does not guarantee a refund. Please contact us first so we can resolve issues directly.

9. Changes
We may update this policy; any changes will appear on this page with a new effective date.
Why include exceptions / legal wording? (sources)
To be clear and to reduce future disputes, a “no refund” policy typically still acknowledges statutory consumer rights and covers specific cases (faulty goods, non-delivery, EU cooling-off rights, payment/chargeback rules). See guidance on writing no-refund policies and legal guarantees: Termly (no-refund best practices).
In India, the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and related guidance set out consumer rights for defective or undelivered goods—these rights cannot be waived by a seller’s policy.
